Darren McQuillan [Managing Director]

Darren has worked in the business of distributing music to stores in Ireland for the last 14 years. He started out with Intersound, subsequently becoming General Manager. He progressed to the Outlet Recording company in 2002 and joined forces with Fiachra Sheahan and Shay Hennessy in 2004 to set up All Media Entertainment. Darren has lead the company to becoming a major contender in Irish entertainment distribution.

Fiachra Sheahan [Director]

Although Fiachra grew up in a family steeped in the history of Irish music his career developed in accountancy. In 2000 Fiachra set up Celtic Tiger Music a consultancy that specialises in assisting artists with copyright and royalty accounting. In 2004 Fiachra became a director of The Outlet Recording Company Ltd. Having worked closely with Shay Hennessy over the previous years, Shay and Fiachra set up IML Irish Music Licensing Ltd,. a company specialising in the licensing of Irish music worldwide.

Shay Hennessy [Director]

Shay is the owner and MD of Crashed Music & Records, in addition to being a director of The Outlet Recording Company and has worked in the music industry for 30 years. When A&M first began to grow, Shay was their irish representative. His multi-national experience was important when appointed General Manager for Solomon & Peres, Pickwick Records and K-Tel. More recently Shay brought his considerable publishing knowledge and general experience in the music business to All Media Entertainment. Shay is a former Chairman and member of the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) board of directors as well as having served on the boards of IFPI, PPI and the National Concert Hall.

Michael Doyle [Southern Ireland]

Michael worked for many years with distributors Record Services, overseeing sales of some of the most successful albums ever sold in Ireland including releases by U2 and many others. His vast knowledge of the Irish music market and deep relationships within the retail industry make him a valuable asset to the AME sales team.

"I am Sales and Promotion Executive for AME and cover the area from Sligo to Swords and all of the above. I joined AME in May 2006 after leaving my role as Business Developer for GlaxoSmithKline. I graduated in BSc(Hons)Media Science from Sheffield Hallam University and spent my placement year with Reuters in London. My role with Reuters was as Sales and Marketing Assistant and I was involved in global product roll out, event management and web site maintainance. While at University I worked with GuinnessUDV and then Diageo planning and implementing promotions. I live in Drumaness, in County Down and I love music and sports. I regularly go to gigs and my favourite venue to date is Slane Castle."

Cork native Martin gained 11 years sales experience in the FMCG sector following his Sales & Marketing Diploma from Cork City College of Commerce. He mainly sold to supermarkets, pharmacies and newsagents before joining the team at AME. Martin plays soccer for his local team in Blarney and and is a big GAA supporter.

Tomasz is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics and now lives in Newry with his fiancee. He previously worked in Poland in retail as an IT manager and joined AME in March 2006. Tomasz looks after the online sales for AME and also assists in the efficient running of AME's picking and packing operation.

Alan Hennessy [Digital Manager]

In addition to artist management and running his own label, Rapture Records, Alan runs AME's digital distribution allowing artists to make their music available worldwide. Following completion of a Masters in International Business, he joined family business Crashed Music in 2005 and now promotes releases for IML Irish Music Licensing including Horslips, The Dubliners, Moya Brennan, Kila, Johnny Logan and many more. Alan is also a board member of the newly established Music Managers' Forum of Ireland.
